CANCELLING A PREORDER

As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund, with no reason to give. Write to us through the contact page with your order number and we refund to the original payment method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - 14 DAYS

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM

Items must come back unworn, unwashed, with the labels still attached and in their original packaging. A piece that has been trained in cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons. Trying it on to check the fit is fine.

WHO PAYS THE RETURN

Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, in which case we cover it.

REFUND

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method, including the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose Express, we refund the standard rate.

EXCHANGES

For a different size, place a new order and return the first item. It is faster than an exchange.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Write to us through the contact page with your order number and the item concerned. We send back the return address and the instructions within two working days.
