  3. 2. SCOPE
  4. These terms govern every sale made through this site. Placing an order means accepting them. They apply to consumers as defined by the French Consumer Code.
  5. 3. PRICES
  6. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.
  7. 4. PREORDER
  8. Drop 001 is sold as a preorder: the item is paid for now and produced afterwards. Dispatch is guaranteed by 6 November 2026 at the latest. You may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If we cannot dispatch by that date, we tell you and you choose between a new date or a full refund, which is then made within 14 days.
  9. 5. PAYMENT
  10. Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, by the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider over an encrypted connection with 3-D Secure; we never see or store your card number. Instalment payment, where offered, is a contract between you and the instalment provider.
  11. 6. DELIVERY
  12. Destinations, rates and times are set out on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you.
  13. 7. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
  14. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. The full procedure is on the Returns page.
  15. 8. LEGAL GUARANTEES
  16. Every item benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), at no cost to you.
  17. 9. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
  18. Write to us first: most things are settled that way. If not, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge - [TO COMPLETE: name and address of the registered consumer mediator, mandatory in France] - or the European ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by French law.
